Rob Primeau

Rob Primeau serves as Director of Acquisitions at Empire Capital Holdings. Rob specializes in sourcing and repositioning of value-add and opportunistic assets, and has built up a significant network local real estate professionals to source select opportunities.

Robert’s experience in development and real estate finance, coupled with his knowledge of NYC rent regulation and repositioning strategies has given him a competitive advantage in the New York market.

Prior to his role with Empire Capital Holdings, Rob served in an acquisitions capacity for one of New York’s leading bridge lenders and landlords.

Robert began his career developing single-family homes in the New England area with his family’s business. He earned his B.S. degree from Plymouth State University where he played NCAA College hockey.
