He combines institutional capital markets insight with hands‑on dealmaking to source, underwrite, and execute value‑driven transactions for investors.

Itan graduated Summa Cum Laude with a B.S. in Accounting from Yeshiva University, earned an M.S. in Taxation from Baruch College’s Zicklin School of Business, and achieved his CPA license at the age of 23. This technical background informs his capital structuring, tax‑efficient modeling, and rigorous financial due diligence.

While New York City has been Itan’s primary market focus, he has facilitated acquisitions and dispositions across a broad range of asset classes throughout the country, including multifamily, office, retail, industrial, storage, and mixed‑use properties. Itan attributes his success to his integrity and maintains long‑standing relationships with high‑net‑worth family offices and institutional investors worldwide. Additionally, he joined Venture Capital Properties in May 2013 and continues as the firm’s leading broker while advising clients and funds for Empire Capital Holdings.
