David brings his creative expertise in managing people as evidenced through his creation and leadership of Blackstone Properties which completed over 4200 leasing transactions and over 100mm in sales in Downtown Manhattan.

Mr. Yomtobian acts as a business development advisor to Empire’s managers and plays a key role in introducing new key executives that will further the companies progress and growth.
